The Butlins Family Entertainment's Resort's Brochure is available from travel agents. It is issued to cover 3 & 4 day breaks, holidays and events from October to New Year, and from March to October, in one issue. Three and four day breaks from March, some "themed" breaks some not, followed by 7 day breaks in the main season. Spring Harvest Holidays are of a religious nature, around Easter time. After the main season the programme reverts back to three and four day breaks again. We mostly follow the same pattern of letting as Butlins throughout the year.

The caravan Holiday Home is located at 20 Coral Cove, Lakeside, at Butlins Family Holiday Resort, all occupants must abide by the Resorts Rules. These are contained in the condition of booking, and are displayed at the Resort. This Luxury Cosalt Devon Holiday Home is all you would hope for. It is large, at 37ft x 12ft, has 3 Bedrooms, 8 Berths, double-glazing, & central heating. In addition to this, there is a coal effect electric fire to give that extra glow of warmth giving home comforts from March to December. We spent the New Year period in the caravan 2000/2001 in the coldest of this winter's weather to date.
